Not quite right? Get in touch.

We want you to feel confident ordering from Bad Padel Co. For standard, non-personalised items, tell us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to cancel and return your order. You then have another 14 days to send it back.

How to return

Email crew@badpadelco.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We’ll send the return instructions and address. Please contact us before posting so your return reaches the right place. You do not need to give a reason to exercise your cancellation rights.

You may try clothing on to check the fit. Please return it unworn beyond trying it on, unwashed and with tags attached where possible. We may make a deduction for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the item’s nature, characteristics and fit.

Your refund

Eligible refunds go to your original payment method, rather than compulsory store credit. We’ll issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.

For eligible cancellations of the whole order, we also refund the cost of standard outbound delivery. Any extra cost for an upgraded delivery service is not refundable.

Return postage and exchanges

Return postage is your responsibility for change-of-mind returns, including choosing another size. Please keep proof of posting. We do not offer direct exchanges; you can return an eligible item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred item or size.

Faulty, incorrect or misdescribed items

If something is faulty, incorrect or not as described, email crew@badpadelco.com with your order number and details of the issue. Photos are helpful where available. We’ll help put it right and cover reasonable return postage where required. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Personalised team kits

Items genuinely made to your personal specifications, such as team kits personalised with your name or club details, are excluded from change-of-mind returns unless we agree otherwise. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, incorrect or not as described. Standard designs ordered in a standard size are covered by the return terms above.

Your statutory rights are unaffected. If applicable consumer law gives you additional rights, those rights still apply.
